'02 and '06 Rear wheel interchange?

Hi folks, I need a new rear wheel for an '06 fsc600 and have found a cheap replacement, but the replacement is for an '02. Does anyone know if that wheel will fit? They have different part numbers in the diagrams, but does that matter? I kind of thought all Silverwings were basically the same, with the exception of the ABS versions.
