I have a 2002 Silver Wing, no ABS. Battery shows 11 volts, nothing works.
Fuses below seat are OK. Is there a main fuse under the left panel? Any way to test it without removing the cover?

Thanks

Hi pvretis,

First I would check the simple things like charging up the battery to it's fullest level. Replace if it does not charge up all the way to 13 volts. (A battery can show volts but it is the stored AMP's in the battery that starts the scooter).

Then check each/all the fuses, one by one, with a continuity meter/tester.

Call you local Autozone (or equivalent) auto parts store ... a lot of them will test your battery for free.
