After I posted about "Main Fuse Kept Blown", I find out that after installed a new main fuse, and put a red cap back on the relay, the fuse immediately blows! , before I even turn the key on. I found that to be strange.

What does it mean? What causes the fuse to blow this way?

Have you tried starting the bike without the red cap on? SWAG for me, when you put the cap on you are grounding something out there.

Those red MAGA caps do tend to blow some fuses!
