New Bike Mystery 2

I've seen the headlight blink, so it seems obvious what one of these do...so less a mystery than "hey I found these booklets under my seat, any thoughts?"

If the headlight flashes on a timed, regular basis, it likely has the modulator and if the back lights flash then are steady red when applied, those are really nice upgrades that you don’t have to do!
