| Probably bar end weight to reduce buzz in the handlebar- I replaced mine with somewhat larger ones on eBay. The really large/ heavy ones are HVMP bar weights and I have those on the STs- for the SWing, it’s a bit over overkill and expensive- the eBay ones I got were inexpensive:
