| It could have been put back together wrongly or it's had excessive weight applied to it.
I should be possible to 'pop' it back into place using great care.

| Usually that panel separation happens when the bike has been dropped. The impact from the drop tweaked the panels. Removing the front cover will take the pressure off the panels and allow the panels to be popped back into place. But given that the scoot has been dropped, removing the front cover could be akin to opening Pandora's box. |

| Who knows? Take the box out and reach in there and try to pop it back into place only one screw and a little prying and it's out. Gives you something to grip on with box out. |
