the top of my dash has a "pucker"in it where the the instrument cluster cover meets it at the top on the arch. i push it down but it just pops back up. any ideas how to fix it?

Sounds like separation in the layers of plastic. You may be able to inject an adhesive, but I would have it professionally diagnosed by a vehicle/ marine upholsterer.

A cheaper way would be to put lipstick on it, give the Scoot a name like Mary and freak out the neighbours....

Mine has the same issue on the upper right side. It looks like it has a tab to lock itself in, but over time, hot and cold it just stays the way it is. I thought about an adhesive but it is not that bad and does not appear it will get any worse.
