I had problems with my seat i woul not stay up when opened. So searched for another pump. I got one from a sym maxsym 600 perfect fit and strong enough. I don't kwow of others have the same problem but i tought i would mention it here.

I got a 13Kg 28.7lb Shockproof Compression Gas Spring Strut Support Rod 28x11cm for $15 from ebay that works great. They should still be easy to find.

I was actually thinking about removing mine so I could get the seat opened up more.
