Posi-Lock Connectors

I discovered the Posi-tap connector when they were included in an aftermarket accessory. Impressed with the robust connection and the ease of use I bought the universal kit to have on hand for future projects. *** Shop around for the best price, the best I found was thru Amazon.***

I've been using them for several years for some conections. They're great, but not inexpensive.

Yes perhaps the next best to a soldered connection. I did a little checking and found Home Depot sells these.

I ordered some from the site and am waiting for them to show up for winter projects I have planned.

About 3 years ago I used a couple of red Posi-Lock connectors to fit a 12v plug to the leads of my Garmin Zūmo sat nav when I found the electrical crimps I used on my TomTom set up were inadequate with the over long and stiffer lead that Garmin supply. They're easy to use and I like that they're pretty much fit and forget.
