Manic Salamander Tapered Bar Ends w/ Throttle Lock

Hi Guys/Gals - I recently bought the tapered bar ends that have a built in throttle lock from Manic Salamander. I have to tell you they are AMAZING! I don't feel like I'm getting vibrated out of my skull now that I have these on. I also replaced the grips with some Renthals, those are nice too.

So why did you go with these and not the Throttlemeister? I have the Throttlemeister on my V-strom and it works great. The Salamander ones seem to be almost $300 once you buy the throttle lock and the matching bar-end. That is almost twice the cost of the Throttlemeister.
