| My saddle before I touch it!! The same upside-down ready for surgery. Two pieces of gel for bicycle saddle Here I have lift the cover Ready to take place Placed in the right spot !! With this tool I'll put back the cover The final result It takes to me an hour and 9.98€ for the two gel's On a short ride the differences are : lower vibrations, and very good sitting position. |

| I was wondering if one could purchase gel padding that could be cut to fit our seats... Kind of on the lines of this conversion! Thanks for sharing. |

| "salaxan", Very nice. Did you cut out any of the foam to set these in or did you just place them on top?? |

| DickO Thank you,
No I place them on top of the foam, because I wanted to raise the height of the saddle. I am 1m90cm tall and the one or two centimetres of height that took from the gels give's me a more comfortable angle to my knees.!!

| Is there a way to remove driver backrest without having to do a complete and expensive reupolstering (hope i spelled that right) my legs are really long and i need more legroom. I removed the back rest from my previus scoot ('05 400 burgman ) and not only did I gain badly needed legroom but it also transformed the handling, as it effectively moved the center of gravity. The thing was a dream to drive. looking for the same legroom and handling improvements for my wing ( before I do preformance improvements)

5 minute job, open seat remove two 6 mm (?) screws and remove. Do a search on here for backrest conversions etc. Lots of good information on here as to options. |
