| Took a day trip up to the Blue Ridge Parkway for a long day trip. Not sure of the exact mile markers, but rode all around the little Switzerland area on the parkway and on the “snake” ahhhh!!! Also known as 126a . Short twisty rd that isn’t in the greatest of condition right now due to areas of sunken asphalt in lots of the curves. Nc-80 was fantastic aswell. I will try to post some pics here. Ended the day with 595 miles:?:  or not. Haven’t quite figured this place out yet.   |

| Some startling seasonal colours even though I'm colour-blind, seriously. IMHO you only get to notice this stuff on a motorcycle, (bike!).
Looks like a great ride. |

| Wow dude 595 miles? The most my wife and I ever did was 432 on the Westside of Mississippi. We also rode the entire Blue Ridge Parkway on a different trip. I could ride that Parkway forever. Hat off for great pics and a long ride in one day. |

| Lived in NW North Carolina for 21 years, rode those mountain roads a lot, best roads I've ever ridden, fall colors are impressive, just watch out for wet Leafs on the roadway. |
