Touch up painting Empty
PostSubject: Touch up painting   Touch up painting I_icon_minitimeSun Sep 26, 2021 1:01 pm

Hello all. I recently was parked on center stand, at a curb that had a slight dip for water channel. Well when I was moving off center stand rear wheel caught edge and over it went and struck curb. Now I have some cosmetic damage to touch up. I ordered touch up kit and it arrived with three bottles of liquid to apply.
Question is how to use this it has different components for different layers. I do not understand instructions that well but I am assuming that I only need to lightly sand area and apply just the paint. followed by a clear coat.

I am using bike coolers touch up kit.

Thanks for listening

If you're having problems following the instructions that came with the product it unlikely anyone here can help without seeing those instructions.
It might be worth checking out what a local body repair shop would charge.

Aren't the three bottles, Stage 1 Primer, Stage 2 Paint, and Stage 3 Protect (clear coat).
