Missouri Route 66 run

My apologies up front. I had a SW but sold it but am still a member of this forum. Now I ride a Bergman. I am organizing a ride on the Bergman forum and it occurred to me that you Silverwing folks shouldn’t be excluded. I’m planning a 3 day Missouri Route 66 run starting June 15, with overnight stops in Cuba, Lebanon, and Carthage. Each day is only 100 miles or less but that will not include daily exploratory runs down Missouri backroads. I have a list of some “mother road” motels from back in the day that I will post if there is any interest from the Silverwing group. Let me know if you have an interest. Randy

Canada-USA border still closed and inoculations are happening slowly here in Canada. Hoping to have things open up by the time September's Maxi-Scoot Rally happens (that is ... if it happens) and the STO Rally (Skoot The Ozarks) the following week. Otherwise it may be a trip to Quebec combining our outdoor camping and riding hobbies.

Sorry, I butchered that. Hopefully restrictions and normalcy will find a happy medium someday soon.

Randy I think it is a fine idea. We all know that this Covid garbage is hurting things but if handled in a Republican state (Missouri is) things should be fine.

I would suggest you post more information on here as it is available for those that can make it!

Remember Sturgis happened in 2020 (in spite of much gnashing of teeth) and I would bet anything it will happen in 2021 so RIDE ON!
