| Hello My name is Bob and am based in East Sussex UK not far from Brighton. I am new to Silverwing riding after injury forced the surrender of my Kawasaki GPZ1000rx. I think I am going to enjoy the change.  |

| Hi Bob and welcome from Teesdale (The Far North). Once you've got your head round riding a maxi-scooter (usually the left hand and the feet looking for something to do) you'll love it. I've kept and still ride my other bikes but the Silverwing does the most miles  |

You're having a laugh, I used to live in West Cumbria and using the A66 trans Pennines road I was more or less parallel to Teesdale in County Durham. I can honestly say that neither myself or any native Cumbrian would say to someone they were from 'The Far North'.
