Flag Mounts Empty
PostSubject: Flag Mounts   Flag Mounts I_icon_minitimeMon Apr 27, 2020 8:52 pm

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Silverwing Aero with a trike conversion kit installed.

The trike manufacturer does not recommend any flag mounts be installed onto the trike as there is not any area on the rear of the trike kit where a flag mount could be safely added.

Any Silverwing owners attach a flag mount to the mirror arm?  If so, what did you use to as a flag attachment? My wife and I are both Veterans and will be participating in funeral escorts and parades. But, we need visible flags to display that will not be a safety hazard.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Carl.

Perhaps a light weight trailer hitch and pole, I've seen these and they work well.

Here’s a link to the flag mount which DennisB was planning on producing for the Silverwing. DennisB closed his shop quite a few years ago and is no longer on this forum. However there are a few photos in his post which may give you an idea of how to DIY.

I found many links by Googling 'motorcycle flag mounts', but the software chided me:
