Simple HISS key programming method?

I found this very simple HISS spare key programming method, what seems to work on many Honda bikes based on the comments:



Has somebody experience or any information with this method on FJS 600? I can see this red connector on this bike, too.
I have just one key, and need a spare key. The key cutting with RFID chip is pretty expensive here, 50-65 EUR. If it was a safe and working method in the video also for the SW, it could be make at a fraction of the cost at home.

I have done exactly the same with my FJS600. I can confirm, that this method works without any problem. The red connector is behind the passenger right footrest.
