Last long ride of the season

A few of us are leaving the Chicago Suburb’s tomorrow am for 2,000 mile trip across Ohio and along the Ohio River to Kentucky with a touch of West Virginia thrown in.Hope fully we will have some pictures to show. Howard

Enjoy your ride and be safe. I have ridden in Ohio and WV. I went down to Wytheville, VA at the end of June/July. That trip was 2100 miles. Beautiful down there.

Someone once said there are no bad scooter rides,some are just better than others.Well this ride falls in there someplace.Traveled
2200 miles in eight days. It rained every day from start to finish with a little hail thrown in for two days. Temperature from the low 50's to mid 60's, overcast most of the time so pictures were out.We still like in Ohio Valley and Kentucky but may be earlier in the year next time.

Sorry to hear of all the rain and hail you had on your ride. Cool temperatures on top of that especially when your being rained on. Glad you got home safe. As Bob and I always our rides are not just rides "it's an adventure". Though I prefer dry adventures.

Sorry also, today was a beautiful riding day in S.E. o-HI-o and I took advantage of it.

Come south, we are going into to our best riding for the next 3 months!
