New Member

Hi everybody. I am a new member as well as a new Silver Wing owner. I live in the foothills of Western North Carolina with easy access to the wonderful mountains and the great bike roads.
I am 70 years old and a retired electronic technician. I have been riding scoots for many years. BMW bikes were a favorite but as I get older I have found the comfort of big scooters suits me better. I own two Suzuki Burgman 400s and now this new (2007) Silverwing with a Texas sidecar. My rig looks almost identical to the lead photo of this forum. I owned a Silverwing several years ago without a sidecar but this latest acquisition with a sidecar is becoming my favorite toy.
I am looking forward to absorbing the wisdom of you more experienced riders and members of this forum.
