I'm trying to replace rear tire . I have removed rear brake, parking brake ,brake lines , axle bolt (required 260 lbs force to brake it loose), disconnected shock and all bolts holding removable swingarm in place . swingarm rotates on axle but won't pull off . What needs to happen to get it off the axle ?

Silverbobber I've used a two jawed gear puller with good results on a tuff to remove one before. Silverbobber would you please click here on this blue link and introduced yourself.  Then you'd get a proper welcome from the forum members.

I hope you removed the muffler. The reason you can rotate the swing arm is because you are just turning the bearing in the swing arm. As previously mentioned.I'm sure you will get more help after a introduction. Howard

I bought a 6" wide two jaw puller at Harbor Freight . The purchases on the swing arm were a bit out of line . A judicious application of penetrating oil calmed my worries of breaking the casting . I cranked the puller down while using a rubber mallet to wack it laterally keeping it "relatively" in line to break it free . A loud crack told me some thing gave way . Relieved was I to see the swing arm had popped off the axle . I was fearful of breaking the casting . I'm going to use grease when it goes back together .  Thanks for your helpful suggestions !

Try Never seize ,the same used on the bolt threads to stop it from rusting, and seizing.the sticking won't be a problem anymore. This problem usually happens to those that don't ride a lot and changes the tire every 5 yrs or more.

Old thread I know but thought I'd report that on my "new-to-me" low mileage 2006 S'Wing I found the inner race of the axle bearing in the removable swingarm also not wanting to release from the axle shaft.

No jaw type puller I had would grab a decent purchase on the arm so I drilled an tapped two 3/8-24 holes (unsure of how hard I would be pulling I wanted a fine thread did not a fine thread metric tap) to allow use of a harmonic balancer puller--used polished stainless button-head cap screws to plug 'em up when done:
