Just put a set of these on, replacing Michelin PowerPures. Hate the name, but love the tires, way better than the PPs. I suspect the Pirellis won't last that long, but neither did the PPs, so it's all good.

I have Diablos on mine, were on it when I bought the bike last Sept., and have put 3,000 miles on them. Great wet and dry traction! Just ordered another set on sale at the Superstore, even though it looks like I have a few thou left on them. Paid about $126.00 for the set.

Also I have the Diablo on my SW, is the second time that I mount; the rear I never made more than 5000 km, the traction is very good and also the cornering grip, but the price is not justified, only the rear € 115 mounted .... At the next tire change will put Bridgestone Hoop, honest and less expensive than the Pirelli (They had just purchased on Sw)

Congratulations !!! 7000 miles! 11,000 km! Maybe I consumer more quickly because in Italy limits are not respected .... they are getting to accelerate max at traffic lights and in Highway .....

I just put a set on my SW. The feel and traction are superbly better than the factory ones. I never felt safe on harsh turns (normal not twistys) but these tires grip and make me feel lots safer. I don't care if I have to replace them every 5K. I got 7500 from the originals but I am convinced the harder rubber compounds are dangerous for me. But then what ain't on a bike.

I have a set on my 08 SWing that I put on last summer when I got the SWing running and like them a lot. They ride good and haven't given me any problems. Plus, they keep up with the "real" motorcycles that I ride with. :lol!:
