resetting dashboard light

hello
i replaced the drive belt on my Silverwing. Could anyone tell me please how to reset the  amber Vdashboard light after the belt change.

A search for "reset the v light" gave me this old post.

this worked a treat; after two seconds the V light started to flash; job done.

have a nice day; over here spring is just coming, the sun is out with temp around 50 - 60F; perfect weather for riding.
