tires - New Shock Seals and Tires Empty
PostSubject: New Shock Seals and Tires   tires - New Shock Seals and Tires I_icon_minitimeWed Jul 16, 2014 6:04 am

Hello all. Using instructions from this site I was able to change the fork seals. I didn't follow the instructions to the letter so I made it harder than it had to be. Having a air tool is a must must for the screw at the bottom of the fork. Once back together I took it apart again just to see how long it would take without screwing up. 20 minutes. I ordered new tires not because of wear but because of age. I went with the Diablos. Again, using instructions posted on this site I was able to remove the rear wheel without issue in 15 minutes. Super easy. Just want to say thank you for posting the instructions. Tonight I will tackle the coolant change. By the way its an 04 with 7,200 miles. Bought it last year with 3,600 miles. Cheers!!
