I decided to treat the SWing to an oil change after the winter lay off so I went to my local main agent for a tub of oil and a filter (I buy OEM so the filter came with a removal tool). I was somewhat surprised when I was told that they do not stock the O ring for the drain plug and that they only order them in when the service dept knows that they have a SWing to fettle. They had piles of the aluminium washers for the bikes so obviously the Wing is low on their priorities. I shall pay a visit to my local bearing shop as they may do the same size and will most likely be a lot cheaper !

I have changed my oil three times now and have yet to replace the O-ring. It looks fine, so far. Thanks for the heads up though as I probably should order one in for when needed. I bought an OEM Honda filter last time and foolishly thought they might include one... NOT
