Has anyone had their silverwing painted? Pics? I'm considering having mine (when I get it) painted black, but would anyone mind trading silver for black? Surprised

I have used Honda touch-up paint twice with poor results. Part of the problem was me, the painter. Be aware that Dark Candy Apple Red is not the same as light Candy Apple Red. I had the left side panel replaced last fall and thought it might show the rest of the bike as faded since it is a 2003. It looks great, though, and the rest of the scooter does not look faded.

No, I don't want to trade my scooter.

I'm not implying touch-up by painting new all of the body panels a different colour, and considering the common body of most, swapping different coloured body panels.
