Hi.  My name is Cheryl.  My friend and I just bought a pile of junk 1983 Silverwing 650i. We plan to restore it to its former glory.  And I want to ride it, too.  Or just find another one for myself.
I have a problem though.  My inseam is 28" on a good day.
I know I can reshape the seat and reupholster it.  As I have done with other bikes.
But this bike must have an aftermarket seat that "lowers" it for short riders without sacrificing comfort.
Anyone use a specific Corbin, Mustang, or other manufactured seat for this specific bike and know that my stable 28" won't have a problem at stoplights or holding on a hill?
I ride a 1984 Magna 700.  Seat height is 29.1. And I can touch comfortably on that with stock seat, but wish I had another inch on that one as well. <-- for reference.

Cheryl, I moved your post here as it is for a 1983 Silver Wing motorcycle not the scooter generally covered on this forum. However, here perhaps someone can answer your question! Anyway welcome to the forum.

Thank you. I didn't find a Silverwing 1983 specific part of the forum. Thank you.
