Can anyone provide ways to create a mold for the rear fairing push-on tab?
See red circle in image below.

I am thinking I could make a mold of the left fairing push-on tab.
Hopefully it is the same as the right and somehow glue it to right fairing.

I am presuming most molds are made out of silicone.
However, how do you inject the hot plastic into it without
distorting or melting the mold?

Any recommendations and tutorial steps would be greatly helpful.

I was way ahead of you there; see your previous topic. I've never done anything like that myself but there are guys on here who have. Plaster of Paris might work.

Try the search function thumbs up

Have a look on youtube. There's several videos on there about repairing plastic panels etc. Try this one first https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNu-pQdPWKY

scratch Hmm… How about first making some sort of semi-flexible rubber mold.

A Plast-Aid kit contains ABS granules and a liquid. Excellent product. You’ll probably want a 6 oz kit.

So you could insert a thin bolt down the center of the mold then make a Plast-Aid slurry and gradually add it into the mold and allow everything to cure properly around the bolt. Once cured the mold could be peeled off and the post bolted and attached to the panel with more Plast-Aid.

My 2ยข opinion

And maybe you could include some pieces and strands of fiberglass drywall tape along with the Plast-aid slurry too —just to reinforce things.
