Hi all,
New member, but long time Silverwing owner and lurker on this site. Great site for the Silverwing.
On my second one now. Originally I bought second-hand 7 year old FJS600A in 2008. Then upgraded to a brand new SW-T 600 model in 2011. Basically, new body work. Maybe updated fuel mapping, as the SW-T600 is a bit more economical, especially in town (60 MPG EU). Everything else is the same.
Currently at 70000km and going strong. Apart from standard services and maintenance (brake pistons and seals at 67000k / 42000m, fork seals and HyperPro spring upgrade at 68000k / 43000m), it has been totally reliable.
Sadly they are no longer for sale here in Ireland, so I'm keeping mine. It's my year round commuter, so get's a lot more use than my other rides (Ducati's).
Thanks.

Welcome Sprockets to the BEST SWing forum on the net. Lots of info here with people ready and willing to help. The "Search" box at the upper left is also your friend. I have a 2008 SWing that I had converted into a trike and really like it.
