I'm heading out to take my Helix to the dealership in Richmond, IN. :D I have lots of layers set out and hopefully will not be frozen when I get there. They also called and the seat has been cut down for the new Silverwing and I will get a chance to see how that feels. This just seemed like the best day since the roads are dry today and we start snow again tonight. We are going to FL in two weeks and I think this may be the best day.
Here goes.... affraid

Coralee,

Good luck and stay warm. How cold is it by chance out there? And are you close to West Lafeyatte (sp)?

I ride in all types of weather regardless of the temperture except snow in ice. With heated equipment I pretty much stay warm all the time. However I have to remember in hot weather to limit my drive times and drink plenty of water.

The fourth post is really the first...
How strange I started this thread and the responces came out on top of mine...how odd. geek Well the ride went fine. Only my fingers got cold. I was so layered up I could hardly move. When I came to a stop I had to move my whole body to see...LOL Rolling Eyes Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
The seat they cut down is still not enough so they will send it back. I think she didn't want to take off too much but I need more than that to be able to get my feet on the ground.
The garage is so empty Crying or Very sad
