USB charger port

Got something from Amazon and they had in line chargers for phones, GPS etc but they are all USB. Had one with 2 ports but they are more square than round. Has a 5ft cable to run to the battery but I'm not sure about mounting it in the lockable compartment. Has anyone added one of these rather than the round cigarette type charger?

Hopefully this will show good enough to see what I did. The top photo shows where I ran the wires into the battery box and hooked them up to the battery. The second photo shows how/where I mounted a cigarette lighter socket with a couple of short sheet metal screws. I also put an inline fuse holder. I use a double USB cig plug and plug in the long white USB cord. I took a small round file and made a couple of notches under the seat for the cord to run up to my handle bars where my phone is mounted to my Ram mount. The bottom photo shows the two white clips I mounted to hold the USB cord. I've had it setup like this for about 3 years now and haven't had any problems with it.

And Yes, it's a bit dirty from the few times I've had it out this season. Don't have the hose hooked up yet to give it a bath.
