New kid on the block

Hi guys I have been riding for 46 years off and on. Health and hip and legs are bad so it was time to get a trike or quit riding, So I found a 2002 Honda Silver wing trike and love the Hell out of it.
So here I am in Ga. so I ride most all year. Here to learn all I can about the Silver Wing.

Nice Trike! Is the original back wheel still there? In other words, is it a 3 or 4 wheel outfit?

I'm getting to the point where that kind of trike will be my next interest...right before the four-wheel scooter that you can ride through Wal Mart.

I'm having a GT3 Motor Trike kit put on my 08 SWing. I brought it in on the 20th and they said it would probably take a couple of months to get it back. But they did say they'd deliver it in their enclosed trailer which is nice. Now all I'll have to do is wait for spring to ride it. But I guess I can sit on it in the garage and rub it gently and talk to it until then.

Good going Dale....your going to LOVE IT.....but...my personal advice....the longer you have rode on two...the longer it will take to get used to three....start slow.

Thanks for the advice Pastor Ron. I do plan on taking it easy and slow. Don't want to waste all that money on the conversion then dump it right away. Can't wait to get it back! That's about all I'll say seeing as I don't want to hijack this thread.
