I believe you clutch shoes are getting glazed over. Try setting the parking brake, hold the left brake tight, run the RPM up to 4k for about 3-4 seconds. This condition usually happens when babying the bike on take-offs. Let us know what you decide and your results.

Thanks guys for the help
I have checked the p.brake that's ok
I have deglazed the shoes
I have checked the drum no burn marks or hot spots
I think I will deglaze them one more time
And not baby it on takeoffs

Not babying it helped my " buzz rattle " on take off. I did everything soon after I bought the scoot so I'm not sure what of the changed helped most but it sure improved the noise after that and a quicker take off.

My SW-T600 squealed also when I bought that bike. I cleaned clutch pads with Mirka-Mirlon-Total-Hand-UF1500 pads and matted clutch bell also. This Mirka Pads dont remove any material, it only matting surface. Lastly I cleaned pads and clutch bell with brake cleaner. After that I am drived over 2000km and squealing is gone. My driving style is very soft takeoff. I think that sanding with sand paper is too rought and cause more dust from pads which stick to the clutch pads and cause glasing.
I did that also my earlier scooter and it never squealed. I drived about 17500km with it.

I looked at their web site arskal, as soon as I saw the disk I recognized the product, we used those on steel molds as part of the final finish to polish out any imperfections. For my final pass on pads and clutch bell I used a diamond surface pad.
