Greetings from Arlington Texas (DFW)

Hi I just bought a 2007 SW in June w 14K miles on it. I use it to commute between two jobs both of which are 30 miles away from the house. I am averaging about 125 miles daily commute. My wing is gray and you can find me buzzing down 360 north daily at 130. I have a top box on it, with a driver backrest and a small fanny bag on the back of the back rest.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. I had been researching scoots since 2008 and also bought a low powered 250 chinese scoot. I am very happy with my purchase. I noticed Ed has an ST1300, man this is my next bike! I'd love to have one of those.

Lots of used low-mileage ST1300's available. I had a '97 ST1100 that I put 85,000 trouble-free miles on before trading for another m/c (GL1800). Two m/c's later, found my clean used ST1300 and have really enjoyed it. Only problem is that the scooters are so much fun that I don't use the m/c as much as I used to.

I'm looking for some scooter riders in the Dallas area or preferably North Texas to hook-up with and ride. I live in Oklahoma City but can't find a "scooter club" here...just regular motorcycle clubs.

Hello Arlington! I'm in Carrollton. Welcome aboard. There's a WEALTH of knowledge in past posts in this forum.
I bought a 2003 Red SWing with 2000 miles on it in September. I love it. It now has 2600 miles on it. A shame I haven't ridden it more, but I appreciate it all the same.
