HELP!! should i buy it????? Silverwing

just found a 2006 honda silverwng with UNDER 100 actual miles, the gentleman wrecked it the first day. I can buy it for 600 dollars but it looks bad on the front and they have lost the keys, its from a neighbor and they didnt even tag it, it been sitting in the barn since that day. they have to know in the morning, as you can see from the pic it was a hard accident, they havent even titled the bike still have the original paperwork with the 30 day tag,

lol im a car builder not a bike builder, ive never even taken one apart, the 600 is no big deal, i just dont want to be stuck with a hunk of metal sitting in my shop, the damage seems to be on front, wheels and everything look good, the seat didnt even tear, but it looks like the dash and a shifter and the bottom plastic are bad and the handlebars are almost touching each other. But it still rolls lol

If you part it out let me know. I need the bars or slides whatever they are called off the backrest assembly.

i hope so, they found the key also, so im bringing it home sunday afternoon and im going to try and fire it up, anything i should do before that, its been sitting since the accident in 06
