| Hi everyody, We bought a 2002 SilverWing for my wonderful wife, last weekend! It will be a great bike for her to get started on. I still need to get a bike for myself, but we got a good deal on this one. We're planning to hook up with the American Legion Riders in our town, and the Patriot Guard Riders a little down the road. I've seen some interesting descriptions in some of the posts (flag holders, GPS mounts, etc). I've ordered a used Service Manual online and am looking forward to finding out as much as possible about this nice machine! Jay and Jennie |

And finally, Third... consider finding another great deal on a Silverwing for yourself. You might be surprised at how impressive of a machine it is. Again Welcome to the forum. |

| Jay & Jennie, Welcome to the site and congrats on the new SWing. They are great bikes and really fun to ride. Do you know what kind of bike you will get Jay? If you get a cruiser, or a bike that isn't a scooter, you better get at least a 900cc or the Swing may be getting there first and waiting on you. Do you know what you might add first to the SWing? Jennie, If you are tall or at least have a longer torso the first thing will probably be a new windshield. They make the ride much nicer and quieter. If you are around 5'6" or so the stock screen MAY be good enough. Keep us informed on how you like it though. _________________ Ride safe, JeffR 2007 Silver Wing (30,000 miles) 2005 Majesty 400 (sold 12,500 miles) 2004 Reflex (sold 3,500 miles) Givi Windshield, top case, vista cruise, power commander, dr pulley sliders, air hawk seat pad, (J. | Welcome from me, too! Setting aside sentiment and the fact that Dennis is a nice person, as are all the members here, I've bought some of his items because they are best-quality, simple to install and use and look the business. In posh English they are 'just so'! _________________ Mike - Riding on the right - riding for pleasure!
