Just got a 2008 SW with 2400 miles. Not my first scooter, but my first SW. Power is impressive, have to work to slow it down,I am after the MPG not the speed. This is a great forum, showed me how to change O&F,Gear oil and checked all other items.Look foward to ride this one for years.
I am a FireFighter down here for 25 years,and doing well......LATER

Poncho, Welcome aboard! this is a great site with fine folks who are very Knowledgeable about the Silver Wing.
I went to Brownsville a few Years back it seems like a fine winter water hole. I recall Ruby red Grapefruit coming from Brownsville the citrus capital of Texas. Have a fun with your Silver Wing. We work for our daily bread and the Silver Wing is the well deserved reward for your toil in the service of your community.
