I'm looking for fork specifications (oil weight and capacity) for a 2007 SW...can anyone help? thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

I just looked in the shop manual and it has a oil contant of 10.2 +/-0.08 US oz. per tube or 3.8" from the top of each fork tube after you compress each tube to get the air out. The recommended fluid is: Pro Honda Suspension Fluid SS-8.

Per Tube -
Recommended Fluid: Pro Honda Suspension Fluid SS-8
Fork Fluid Capacity: 302 +/- 2.5 cc (10.2 +/- 0.08 US oz., 10.6 +/- 0.09 Imp. oz.)

There are quite detailed instructions in the service manual. Since it is copyrighted material I won't post the details here and would encourage anyone who does not have a service manual to buy one. At the very least check with your local library.
