Eldon,

Welcome to the site and the Silver Wing. Why don't you tell us the differences between the SWing and the Buell when you get a chance. I know you just got the SWing but we all like to read about different bikes.

Eldon,

Welcome to the site, enjoy the ride.

I really like the old school look of the Buell Blast, but I understand the "B-Last" left a bit to be desired in the performance realm.

I forgot to ask if it was a 400 or 600.

My name is MarkII. I live in Rossville, GA. I have a 2005 black Honda Silverwing. I bought it with 752 miles on it 2 years ago. I now have 3600 miles on it with no problems. I added a top box, 3brothers performance backrest riser 5" and mirror risers. I basically use it for work transpo... but ride about 2 hours on my off days. I really like this machine!

Welcome to both Eldon and MarkII You've picked a great site to join. Lots of info and fun to be had here. My bike's an '05 too Mark and had about 2000 miles when I got it a little over 2 years ago. Attending mostly Patriot Guard and American Legion Riders missions/meetings, I'm just up over 6000 miles now. Still, like you, no problems with the bike.

MarkII,

Welcome to the site. Enjoy the ride.

I am very curious about the box cars behind you in your avatar photo. What's the deal?

Welcome guys, nice low mileage steads.

I'm thinking maybe I ride my Wing too much!!!! Laughing Laughing

I have done 3600 in 8 months and I didn't ride all of November and December because of the ice. Not as much as some I know.

I like my car.

Just not as much as the Silver Wing.

Ride - ride - ride. Makes you feel great. motorcycle

Eldon & Mark Welcome to the Swing life, it's a great life.I got my wing in Feb.this year with less than 2,400 mi.I now have over 11,000.So be prepared to put on some miles. I think they are addictive. So good luck with your new scoots and enjoy.
