I have a Givi B47NTML Monolock top case on my current scoot that I want to move over to the SWing. Has anyone used the universal mount that comes with the Monolock case instead of the mount designed for the SWing? If so, how well did that work out?

Yep, works fine, take the spoiler off, turn it upside down remove the coverplate, there are 4 obvious cast lugs with indents drill them through, offer up the mounting plate mark & drill through, bolt on & reverse the process Smile

What did you use to drill the holes? I tried new Cobalt hardened steel bits and can't get through the spoiler metal.

Jeez. Drill bit turning in the right direction, and the drill not in reverse?

Boy, do I feel stupid. Truth is, I bought a cheap drill and didn't even think it was reversible until you motivated me to go check. Problem solved. Thank you.

Well confessed Jinglebob, I'd have just crept of to a corner and never discussed the matter again :-)
