for some wheel torque settings and found that the page is now unavailable....

That's a shame but I can understand. His family may have gotten tired of seeing his last post before he decided to leave this life.
Last week when someone asked about a backrest I was going to post the link for his DIY backrest and found out it had been shut down.

Isn't a site like that archived somewhere? 

There was a lot of very good info on his site. It would probably take a computer sleuth to locate it, but, hey, it would only take 5 minutes on any TV program for the resident nerd to find it.

Yes that part is decipherable.

hotwings Leroy was into photography, sailing, boat building, guitar building, and motorcycles. He had a very informative website it's too bad it was taken down.
