| Welcome harleywing to the best SWing site on the Net. A bit more of an introduction would be nice. What year is your SWing? Have you been riding very long? What else have you ridden? Etc. Things like that. I have an 08 SWing that I love. It's my first SWing but I have ridden other motorcycles. I also have a 1974 Honda CB750 that I've had for years. It's the first bike I took a LONG ride on. My wife and I rode it to Pensacola, FL years ago and it was a great trip and ride. We were still young enough to fully enjoy it without any of the now old age aches and pains. We were married for 47 1/2 years and she passed away 2 years ago. I can still sometimes "feel" her on the back while riding. I ask if she's enjoying the ride and haven't been slapped upside the head yet so I guess she still likes riding with me. And, wearing a helmet would have no effect on her slaps either! |

| harleywing welcome to the forum. I agree with Dale tell us a little about yourself like, is this your first two wheel ride or just your first Silverwing, how many miles on your Silverwing. Anything you can think of really because a lot of us are just nosy old men. If you are looking forward to learning and plan on doing your own maintenance you'll find you can do anything you need or want with the service manual and help from this forum. I add the paragraph below for most new members because there's a lot of information in the links and may save you some work. Here are some links(3 below in blue)that will help you learn a lot about your Silverwing. If you can't find what you need in the links below the search on this forum works good, and if you still need help just ask and someone will do what they can to answer your questions.
