Just wanted to give kudos to Revzilla for parts. I ordered a Givi windshield for a friend's SW last week and got it today. Unfortunately even though well packed one of the 'ears' on the side had broken off. Called Revzilla and was very pleased that they immediately agreed to ship a new one to me and would send a pre-paid shipping label so that I could return the broken one to them. One thing that helped was that I took a picture of the broken windshield and emailed it to them. Gotta love those smart phones. I do wonder what they'll do with a broken windshield.

Probably the same thing I'd do. Put it on a shelf as a dust collector.

They will probably do the same thing many retailers do with returned items. Crush it. Seems a waste, but it leaves another opening in the supply chain.
