Oxygen sensor question

Can anyone tell me what year they started adding this?
I think this was the last upgrade they did to the factory bike.

The oxygen sensor was added in 2008. My 07 does not have one but both of my 08s have them. Then in 2010 I believe they no longer came without ABS.

I'd say you're correct about the Oxygen sensor but non ABS equipped Silver Wings were discontinued long before 2010 on UK models. The ABS models came in 3 or 4 years after the original CBS only Silver Wings and were more expensive. So for a few years we had the choice of non-ABS and ABS Silver Wings. Then Honda UK discontinued the non-ABS model presumably because the majority of sales were for the ABS equipped one.

I know in 08 you could still get one without ABS here in the US. But I'm not sure if you could get a non-ABS in 09, but I know by 2010 they all came with ABS here.
