| Greetings from a new member in Washington State USA. I am a new owner of a 2003 SW (just like the one at the top of this page). I spilled some gas/petrol during my last fill up and washed the black parts around the filler door right away. However, I now have whiteish stains on the black plastic that I can not get out. Anyone have a solution? Lorenzo |

| Lorenzo you can usually get good results using Back to Black that I think is made by 3M or Turtle Wax I'm not sure which. You can find a lot of different brands that will work at motorcycle dealers or car parts stores. I'll welcome you to the best Silverwing forum on the web in this post, but you should go TO THIS LINK and post a proper introduction. The next paragraph is one I usually post for all new members. You can find a lot of good information in these links. Here are some links(3 below in blue)that will help you learn a lot about your Silverwing. If you can't find what you need in the links below the search on this forum works good, and if you still need help just ask and someone will do what they can to answer your questions. | Lorenzo just to give an example on how to use the search I typed "renew black plastic" in the search above the "Latest topics" to the left of the page. CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS If you look through them you will find what has already been posted about the question you asked. I didn't look through all of them but it looks like what you may be looking for is in the 11th post down.

| Hi Yo to be honest I didn't read through any of them. I just looked until I saw a title that looked like it may have something on the subject. |
