| I was just browsing the used bikes on Honda UK and found this description.
The Silver Wing's ample size, powerful performance and sumptuous comfort are well-deserving of its reputation as the luxury sedan of the scooter world. This elegant vehicle cruises majestically along city streets, country roads and high-speed motorways alike, delivering a riding experience of such effortless control and comfort that it feels like flying. The Silver Wing's full-sized and razor-sharp styling incorporates spacious riding accommodation, superb wind protection and all-day convenience. Its fuel-injected twin-cylinder engine delivers delicious surges of acceleration past queues in and around the city, while heavy-duty suspension and superior braking mean comfortable, confident control in all kinds of traffic. Capable of holding enough equipment for a weekend away, and with a broad, comfortable tandem seat, its possibilities extend well beyond the city limits. Here's a luxury-class ticket to freedom from the daily grind

| Agree, except wind protection (windshield) and bike is big in tight quarters and overweight. Honda quality makes it run and run, except for belt/clutch areas---which makes it a bit expensive to use/keep if you ride a lot.---I am on second new one---out of production? bargins are available in US on leftovers, used big scooter market has tanked, so some good prices there, too |

| If you want to read verbose, pedantic and very self gratifying 'promotional ad's' from a 'Poetic' (?) advertising department, read any Italian description of any bike or scooter they sell and be prepared for a very long read:) Google: Aprilia, Piaggio, Moto-Guzzi, Vespa, MV Agusta, Ducati etc and read their ad's!!!! They remind me of trying to read almost any British novel written by a 'famous author' that takes 10 pages to describe his introspective feelings about the weather for instance or maybe the shape of his 'proletarian' hands or the changing color of leaves in the fall: BARF:) Sam:) :lol!: |
