Introduction

It is nice to know there is an active site for Silver Wing owners. I have done a lot of research on the various mega scooters on the market but nothing impressed me more than the Honda Silver Wing 600.
After making up my mind as to the brand I wanted, the search was on for that one special Silver Wing! I located one up in Columbus, Ohio. After an sixteen hour road trip last weekend pulling my utility trailer, the first part of my quest was complete.
I was able to find a one owner 2004 Silver Wing 600 w/abs. Even though the scooter is ten years old in model years it has very low mileage. The prior owner is currently 72 years young and in the past ten years he had put a total of 2900 miles on his scooter. It had always been garage kept and had never been rained on. Unfortunately pulling it back home last weekend ended that because of the terrible winter storm I ran into getting back home to Richmond.
You might be wondering why this gentleman parted with his beloved scooter. He told me that on his bucket list he had always wanted a Golden Wing. So in his garage now sits one of handsomeness gold Honda Golden Wings I have seen and now in my garage sits an almost brand new Honda Silver Wing.
I hope to have many a year enjoying my new addition and as many a year talking and gathering information from my new friends on this site.
