Handle Bar Cover for Silverwing

I'm looking for a Silverwing HandleBar Cover. Actually don't want the plastive cover, just a surround for the base of the handle bars. I've seen pictures of them but don't know of any sites that have these types of covers for sale. I did notice one on the Honda Japan site, but can't really order from there. Thanks for anyones input.

I checked with Battlescooters a couple weeks ago. They used to order thethe chrome bars and baseplate from Japan, said they haven't recently. They guessed the price would be around $250 if they can get them. I recently bought an 03 with the chrome bars and baseplate, looks good.
