My wife rides with me quite often wearing various footwear. Im always cautious of her shoes (zippers, buckles) scratching the black panel at the pegs. It would be nice to have a sacrificial clear adhesive strip on the panel just at the pegs to avoid this. Is there such a thing?? Riding barefoot is not an option ( the bike anyways )

| Try Mr Google, after doing a cursory search on the UK sites there are literally hundreds if not thousands of hits! The States, (Oooopps - SORRY!! Canada!) must have thousands more again. The good news is your need is only a few clicks away!

Honda market a clear film by 3M under the part no. 08P73KBV00, at least they do in the UK. It's good stuff and very tough and sticky !

I'd treat wifey to a pair of ladies motorcycle boots with covered zips and Velcro calf adjustment for 2013. I say that because it's probably nearly winter now in Canada eh?

Hopefully a few riding days yet! However the colder days n nights are arriving. My friends motto - "if it aint snowin, then the bike's goin", but thats not me. I do recall a few years ago one january it got weirdly warm for a day so i quickly reinstalled my bike battery ( harley sportster ) and went for a ride.
