| Hi everyone ! Just got my FIRST Silverwing 600A ! What a ride Silverwing all the way !
Ok I have a question I bought a GIVI D214ST windshield are they hard to install ? Any tips or tricks for a new owner ? Thanks ! |

| I think the hardest part is getting the painted windshield cover out (4 screws) without breaking some tabs. Then you have to decide whether to install the additional metal support brackets or not (you would need a power drill and the correct size drill bit to drill out the plastic to expose an unused threaded boss. After that bolt the new windshield to the fairing (and hope it isn't terribly warped) and then reinstall the windshield cover.

| Welcome.
If you do a search you will find loads of help fitting the screen. As been said I found the hardest part was remove the panel in front of the screen (the garnish) but a plastic card (credit card like) makes it easy to slide it off. |
