Hey all,

I finished my motolights project.

Check out these bad boys.

I upgraded to 330 lumens Cree LED's per light. That's 660 lumens total

Erick,
Great Job!
Would you post the link to the Cree LEDs please.
They are significantly more powerful than the ones Motolight has on their site, which specify only 175 lumens each.

Very cool. Thank you. Motolights try to keep an 8 to 10 degree arc on their stock bulbs. These have a 24 degree arc.

Can you translate for us what that means in terms of what you see with stock vs these LED bulbs?

Sure.

I went with the 24 degree arc because they have a wider view and you are much more visible than what Motolight offers.

These lights also come in a 15 degree arc.

I have the 24's on my other bike for a few years now and it is very noticeable. You see a huge difference up close and a wider view.

There is also a 1 year warranty on the MR16's. The MR16's are intended for indoor, but I have had no issues with mine.

Also, the led's fit perfectly into the housing, no mods needed.
